SHIPPING POLICY

PREMIER SHIPPING
As we are working on faster delivery times, we will offer PREMIER shipping for selected products. Click here to view the collection for PREMIER shipping. These items will be delivered within 2-3 business days.

PREMIER shipping is available from €5,95. We offer free PREMIER shipping for orders above €50 for selected countries. Click here to see the shipping costs per country.

Do not worry if you want to add items to your order that are not available for PREMIER shipping. These items will be shipped separately.

FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
The average delivery time is 5-15 business days* after processing the order. We process orders between Monday and Friday. We do not ship on weekends. Take into account a processing time of 3-5 business days. Please note that delays can be caused by customs.

ORDER PROCESSING
Your order will be processed in 3-5 business days once payment is received and cleared. Order processing may take longer when we receive a huge number of orders per day. We appreciate your patience during this time! 

TRACKING
You will receive tracking information after 3-5 business days from the date of purchase.

SEPARATE SHIPMENTS
When you order multiple items at a time, they may be shipped separately so they get to you faster. In this case you will receive multiple tracking numbers.

INVALID ADDRESS & ORDER COLLECTION
Please keep in mind that you are responsible for providing us the right address and collecting your order in time from a pick-up point.
If the postal carrier is unable to properly deliver your order due to an error in the address or if your order will be returned back to sender due to non-collection, we are not responsible for the additional costs. 
We will arrange a resend of your order and apply a fee for the additional shipping costs. Refunds for non-collection of orders are not possible. 

If your order has not been delivered within the expected delivery date that is stated on the track & trace page, please contact us within 30 days so we can look into it.
