ORDER PROCESSING

During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer, and we appreciate your patience as we prepare your items with care. Our team processes orders from Monday to Friday, ensuring your shipment is ready to go as quickly as possible. Please keep in mind that we do not process or ship orders on weekends.

INVALID ADDRESS AND NON-COLLECTION
To avoid delays or additional costs, it’s important to provide an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the postal carrier is unable to deliver your order due to an incorrect address or if the package is returned to us due to non-collection from a pick-up point, additional shipping fees may apply for a resend. Refunds are not possible for uncollected orders.
